I am already an AAT member. Do I need to sign up?
If you’re an existing AAT professional member, Training Provider or student, you can log on and purchase AAT online courses using your AAT details. For live events, you will be directed to a booking system for purchase.
I'm not an AAT member
Not an AAT member? No problem – you can easily set-up a new AAT Store account. This will allow you to add, manage and reflect on your resources throughout your professional development, giving you a great way to access and chart your progress.
How do I attend a purchased event?
You will be sent details to live events or partner products through the relevant booking process.
How do I access an on demand AAT event or e-learning course?
You can access content using our online learning and CPD platform the Lifelong Learning Portal. You will be sent details on how to access on purchase. If you are an AAT member you can access the Learning Portal as usual.
How do I purchase and access AAT partner content?
You will be directed to a third party payment system and content access will be provided by the supplier. Selecting the product via AAT Store will give you access to exclusive discounts.
How do I apply a discount?
Discounts are prominently displayed on the AAT product pages and displayed clearly on eligible partner product pages. For AAT products the discount is automatically applied when added to your basket and no additional discount code is required.
Please note not all products are included in the promotion, and certain affiliate products are offering special rates. For full details, refer to the product pages and relevant affiliates website.
The sale discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. The offer is for a limited period and once the sale period is over the products will revert to full price. Discounts shown are eligible for all AAT customers including non AAT members.
I bought the wrong product, can I have a refund?
If you are eligible for a refund it will only be made once the initial payment has cleared into AAT's bank account and will only ever be made to the person who made the initial payment. Most claims will be paid within 14 days of being approved but you should allow up to 30 days to receive your refund.
The refund criteria varies depending on the type of product you have purchased.
For AAT e-learning / on-demand products purchased direct through AAT Store:
Once purchase has been made you will be given automatic access to the online materials for e-learning. No refund is available after you accessed the e-learning portal, or where a customer does not complete the course.
You may apply for a refund within 28 days of your purchase providing you have not accessed the e-learning content. Please request a refund, stating your reasons, name and order number by email to AATStore@aat.org.uk.
