About this course
In April 2026 we’ll see more day one family friendly rights, overhauled sick pay rules, enhances to whistleblowing protection for sexual harassment and a doubling of collective redundancy awards. We can then expect changes to tipping laws, greater time limits to bring tribunal claims, rights relating to trade unions and more unfair dismissal protection. There’ll be even more obligations on larger employers and those that recognise a Trade Union.
Stay ahead of the recent developments in UK employment law in this practical masterclass with Toni Trevett, an HR practitioner and expert.
