Meet the Speaker(s)

Helen Kerrigan
Helen Kerrigan
Helen is a director of Future Finance Training Ltd. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 2001. During her time at KPMG, she audited clients in the retail sector, worked as a forensic accountant on an international project and enjoyed a secondment to Walmart’s commercial finance team. On secondment to KPMG’s learning and development team Helen discovered a love of training and had the opportunity to develop her expertise in this area.
Helen designs and delivers training materials for AAT, AICPA CIMA, ACCA and ICAEW. She also delivers ‘finance for non-financial manager’ training for clients ranging from manufacturers to charities. Technical updates are essential for accountants and financial reporting and audit are core areas of expertise for Helen. Increasingly she delivers training that blends both technical and behavioural skills recognising the evolving role of the finance professional – with a particular focus on ESG.
Recently she has worked with the NHS, Department for Education, Grant Thornton, Kreston Global, Three and Asahi.
