  • National minimum wage & national living wage from 1 April 2025 and common issues
  • Payrolling of benefits in kind – review of changes for 2025/26, voluntary payrolling rules and update on mandatory payrolling from 6 April 2026
  • Termination Payments – notice period, notice pay and rules on calculating pay in lieu of notice – PENP
