Toni trains and consults in personal and management development, HP, and employment law. She runs both public programmes and in-house courses, and her client base varies from SMEs to multinationals.

 

Toni is a Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the Employment Tribunal Judiciary sitting to hear cases in London. She is also a trained mediator, investigator, and coach.

 

Toni's background was in the travel sector where she was employed as a Director within the BAA group of companies.

 

She has many experience of working with clients helping them to manage their people lawfully.
